- If the item is missing or you receive the wrong item, please take a picture or video of the item and SKU number and contact our customer service immediately at customerservice@modernairsoft.com and include the pictures and or video. This is required in order for our staff to email you further instructions re: filing a claim with the shipping company and/or to receive a prepaid RMA.
- Items being returned for defect must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and unaltered. Any sign of modification, damage or tampering will void the warranty and customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of their product.
- Removal or damage to the orange tip / flash hider of an item will not be accepted for return and voids all warranties.
- All used items are tested before sale and are sold “AS IS,” and are not eligible for return. All used gear is not eligible for return.
- Any notable wear or damage the return will be declined.
- Free mystery gift must be returned with the product package if entire order is returned.
- All consumable items are non-refundable if opened.
- For non warranty returns, the cost to ship back is the customer's expense. We do not issue a prepaid RMA for non warrantied returns.

RMA - RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) POLICY for warranty and non-warranty items: Please read in it’s entirety:
If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests if our return policy is being abused. Please carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit, we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
- One of our dedicated RMA staff will contact you via email within in 1-2 business days of receiving your email request. Please note: our team is off on the weekends.
- All returns MUST have approval prior to the return - No Exceptions. Any return sent without approval will be rejected and returned to shipper.
- All prepaid/pre-weighed RMA labels are sent via email and must be printed and affixed to your properly sized return packaging.
- Any package that is not specific to the pre-weighed label that incurs additional overage charges will be at the expensive of the customer. Please make sure you place the item in the proper size packaging.
- All product MUST be returned in it’s original packaging for online store credit only - No Exceptions.
All RMA’s - warranty or non-warranty - issued and/or approved by Modern Airsoft must be received at our facility within the thirty (14) days from the date of delivery - No Exceptions. - All non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if within the 14 days from date of delivery.
- Any request for a warranty or non warranty return made after the fourteen (14) day expiration from the date of delivery is at the discretion of Modern Airsoft. - If your package arrives damaged, please inspect and keep all contents and contact customer service team immediately at info@modernairsoft.com. Make sure to include pictures and videos of the packaging and the damaged item/s. Without the pictures or video we cannot file the proper claim with the shipping company.
- Any sign of alteration, modification, damage, or tampering with the product by the customer will void the warranty immediately and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs and return shipping.
- If an RMA is issued for a warranty item and it is found the defect is due to user error, then the cost of the RMA and the cost of shipping back the product to the customer will be at the customers expense.
- If customer is responsible for return shipping, invoice must be paid before product can be returned. - NO Exceptions.
- If the shipping fees for the prepaid RMA, any approved repairs, and/or return shipping fees are not paid within 45 days from the date the customer was notified of the issue, then the product is forfeited and becomes the property of Modern Airsoft.

The usage of any BB less than 0.20 grams or of a lesser quality than Kontact brand, in any airsoft product, will void the warranty. No exceptions.
The usage of a Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery, or any other power source with an output greater than 9.6 volts, on an electric gun that is not rated for such use by its original manufacturer will void the warranty.
The usage of a higher pressured gas than liquid propane (Green Gas, 115 PSI) will void the warranty.
Warranty does not cover aftermarket internal parts once installed.
OpenBox and Custom built items include limited-warranty and are subject to repair only.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival to determine warranty coverage. Warranty items found to have Manufacture defect will be sent to the manufacture or replaced at Modern Airsoft's sole discretion. (See warranty repairs disclaimer for further info.)

Modern Airsoft Warranty Repairs
- Warranty repairs carry up to a 3 week turnaround from the time the RMA is received by our staff.
- Shipping fees for all RMA's will be determined on a case by case basis.
- If it is a warranty issue Modern Airsoft will issue a prepaid RMA at no cost to the customer.
- If it is determined to be the customer's responsibility after diagnostic, not a manufacture defect, and Modern Airsoft incurred the cost of the prepaid RMA, it will be included in the total quote for return.
- A qualified technician will perform a diagnostic on the item returned to determine responsibility.
- All guns and gear that are experiencing defect will have to go directly to their respective Manufacture's for tech work.
- If it is not a manufacture defect the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense which will be due in full prior to shipping.
- If the customer has an unpaid balance for any, and/or all, non-warranty expenses outstanding for more than 30 days from the date of contact, run the risk of their item being forfeited.
- Any sign of alteration, modification, damage, or tampering with the product by the customer will void the warranty and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs and return shipping.

Order Cancellation Policies:
- Once your order is received and it is processing and/or sent to fulfillment for shipping, the order process cannot be interrupted to make any changes such as add, change or cancel. You can submit a return after order is delivered. However, there is a minimum of a 15% restock fee.
- If an order has a preorder item on it, you can choose to cancel the preorder or the order at any time.
- If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please email us right away at customerservice@modernairsoft.com. Be sure to indicate URGENT in the subject line of your email and include your order number.
- If an order is cancelled, a refund notification will be issued back to original form of payment. To find out when it will post to your account please contact your original form of payment's financial institution.
